A deposit is required before any project begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in USD.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full rights to the deliverables created for them. Narcouse Younes LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The number of revision rounds included depends on the package or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials from the client are not our responsibility.
We do not guarantee any specific results, income, follower growth, or engagement rates from our services. Results depend on many factors outside of our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and client execution.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, and necessary materials. Clients confirm they own or have rights to any materials submitted to us for use in their projects.
Narcouse Younes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We want you to be fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
If you cancel your order before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid, including deposits. Cancellation must be made in writing via email.
If you cancel after work has begun but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The amount will be determined at our reasonable discretion after reviewing completed deliverables.
Once final deliverables have been delivered and approved by the client, no refund will be issued. Approval is considered given when the client confirms acceptance in writing or makes use of the delivered materials.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we strongly encourage you to first use your included revision rounds to request changes. If after revisions you believe the deliverable fundamentally fails to meet the agreed-upon scope, please contact us to discuss the situation.
Rush fees, expedited delivery charges, and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as domain purchases, stock image licenses, etc.) are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email us at contact@narcouseyounes.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide evidence of work delivered.
